Where is the pick-up point?

In stations and airports the pick-up point is at the arrivals gate. Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. If you have any issues when you arrive, you can contact us via telephone and we would love to help you. You will find our contact number in your confirmation email.

As well as the transfers, is it possible to book day trips?

As well as our transfer services we also offer day trips and journeys in the area. We don’t give guided tours, but we provide the transport, bringing clients to their desired location and, if required, we can wait for them there and then bring them back afterwards.

Are there car seats available for children?

Yes, we have child’s car seats available in our vehicles. However when you make your booking don’t forget to indicate the age of the child in the comments.

Is it necessary to print a booking confirmation?

No, it’s not necessary. Showing your confirmation email is sufficient.

What happens if my plane is delayed?

We offer a free waiting time of 60 minutes in airports. For other locations the free waiting time is 15 minutes. If you are delayed more than 1 hour, please contact us by telephone (you can find our contact number on the website or in your confirmation email) or alternatively write us an email with plenty of notice.

What is included in the price?

Everything! There will be no added surprises or hidden costs. The price includes the waiting time in the airport, fuel, tolls, wifi in the vehicle, a bottle of water per person and of course your journey from A to B.

What should I do if the driver hasn’t contacted me?

Firstly try to get in touch with them. The contact number for your driver will be specified in your confirmation email. If you are still unable get in contact with the driver via telephone, you can get in touch with our support team.

How will I know if my luggage fits in the car?

When you are making the reservation specify the dimensions of your luggage and the number of items you are bringing in the comments section. For example; 2 ski bags measuring 180cm long and 2 suitcases. Only specific drivers whose cars can cater for luggage of this size will respond to your booking request. If you have any queries about this, you can contact our support team.
